END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

PhaseField Audio Software

1. Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and PhaseField (“Company,” “we,” “us”).

By installing, copying, or using the software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. License Grant

PhaseField grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for personal or commercial audio production.

You are not purchasing the software, only a license to use it.

3. Permitted Use

You may:

  • Install and use the software on up to [2–3] devices that you own or control

  • Use the software in commercial and non-commercial projects (music, film, etc.)

  • Create and distribute audio rendered using the software (no royalties owed)

4. Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Copy, share, sublicense, sell, rent, or redistribute the software

  • Transfer your license to another person without written permission

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

  • Circumvent any copy protection or licensing system

  • Use the software in a way that violates applicable laws

5. Ownership

The software, including all audio algorithms, design, UI, branding, and intellectual property, remains the exclusive property of PhaseField.

6. Updates

We may provide updates, fixes, or improvements at our discretion.
This Agreement applies to all updates unless stated otherwise.

7. Termination

This license will automatically terminate if you violate any part of this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must:

  • Stop using the software

  • Delete all copies in your possession

8. No Warranty

The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The software will be error-free

  • It will work with all systems or DAWs

  • It will meet your specific needs

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhaseField shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, profits, or business interruption

Your use of the software is at your own risk.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
